North Bay is going for a World Record Exercise Ball Class in 2019!!

When: June 8, 2019, Class starts at 11:00, and lasts for 30 minutes. This class is FREE!

Where: Canadore College Gymnasium, 100 College Dr, North Bay, ON P1B 8L7

What: An exercise ball class for participants aged 8 and over. Ages 8 to 13 requires an adult supervisor. This class is FREE…and we supply the BALLS! (which can be taken home after the event for a minimum donation of $10!)

Length: This will be a 30 minute FREE! beginner class.

Who can participate: This is a ‘beginner style’ class. You can participate if you have no experience on an exercise ball. You can see the enitire class in the “The Class” tab. All participants must be at least 8 years old. You can register to participate as an individual, but we encourage you to form a team, recruit your family or bring a friend! There is a maximum weight of 265 pounds for the exercise balls. If you are over 265 pounds, please volunteer to help make this day a success.

Register: Advanced registration will be available through through this link, in advance at Cor Maximus (1501 Seymour St) or at the event on event day (from 9:00 to 10:30 am) Please register early so that you can avoid the lines!

To raise funds for the Motorcycle Ride for Dad, ALL of the balls will be available to purchase after the event. 100% of the funds raised from the ball sales will be donated to the Ride for Dad! Ball price is a minimum donation of $10. Please bring cash as there will be no ability to accept credit cards on site.

WHO are we going to beat: The current record is held by the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Let’s prove to the big city that Big Hearts in North Bay can obliterate their 454 person accomplishment by bringing together a full 500 people to move their body and set a WORLD RECORD
